Using a 3 Phase Strategic Planning Process, Kathy will coordinate and facilitate your executive leadership team as they work to create an 18-36 month business success strategy.
Meeting One: Understand your position & create the destination
- Pre-Meeting Prep Work
- 4-6 Hour Meeting
- Creating a vision, validating or editing your mission, and validating or editing your companies guiding principles (where we want to be the “ideal future”, what we deliver on a daily basis and how we deliver it)
- Based on your vision…identify your strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats over the next 18 months
- Highlight the top priorities for organizational focus (e.g. increasing corporate sector business with focus on green design technology; increasing business development efforts through development of Mid-level team members; etc.)
Meeting Two: Determine the 3-5 Key Strategic Areas & the Statements & the Core Work To Be Done in Each
- Pre-Meeting Prep Work
- 3-4 hour meeting
- Create/Validate Key Strategic Area Statements, based on major priorities
- Brainstorm the major piece of work that fall under each
- Begin generating a general Measure of Success
- Post-Meeting Work: researching time, resources, costs
Meeting Three: Create the Measure of Success & Define the 6-12 month tactics
- Pre-Meeting Prep Work
- 2-3 hour meeting
- Finalize the Measures of Success
- Create the time and action plan for each major piece of wok under each key area of success
