Kathy Potts – Speaker, Coach, Meeting Facilitator

When clients hire Kathy, they are typically looking for insights, tools and the tough love needed to go from being stuck to unstoppable in achieving professional  success.

Kathy’s customized  persoal accountability system blends tools that manage the head and the heart.  Her approach to motivation management guides conference participants and coaching clients alike, towards choosing their game and performing at  their personal best.

Over the course of the last decade, Kathy spent time working in a senior leadership capacity within corporate america.  During this time she developed skills, knowledge, and experience developing and supporting the coaching, facilitation, and strategic planning services.

Kathy has been in the training & speaking industry since 1995.  She currenlty sits on the board of the National Speakers Association of Central Florida as the VP of Programming, a position which will make her the 2011-2012 President.  She served as the NSA-Central Florida Speaker’s Academy Dean for the 2007-2008 class, helping aspiring speakers get their start in the industry.

Kathy spends time as an MBA Coach to Students in the University of Tampa’s MBA Fast Start program. Her coaching services have been used by a variety of executive students, including representatives of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers franchise, TECO, YMCA and a wide variety of start-up entrepreneurs.

• She has been consulting since 1998
• She is an experienced leader, having worked with the corporate walls of america for nearly 15 years
• She is a certified CORE Map facilitator, and has experience in multiple goal and behavioral style assessments
• Over the years, Kathy has worked with entrepreneurs, employees, CEO’s, executives, mothers, fathers, and career-bound students
